Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 72+ hours in advance. We custom prepare supplies for each participant, so we require pre-payment to secure your spot. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are ineligible for refund or transfer. Payment is due, in person, 7 days prior to scheduled event. For Kids' Events, each child *must* have an adult present. Please disclose the age range at time of booking (this helps us plan for the activity). Bookings are for a minimum of 5, maximum of 30 participants. Please contact us via email, phone, or in person with details, questions, and to discuss themes, etc.
